Hotel Prime in Pistoia is a quiet little place with a nice bed in a reasonably spacious room. the location is magnificent, being close to the town center which offers a great selection of restaurants. It is conveniently situated just off the train station and main piazza, with various dining options available nearby.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a really clean building next to Lucca in 30 minutes and the centre. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Great location near the historical center with views over a side valley. Simply no complaints whatsoever, fine stay.

Nice beds, central heating, LCD TV, and a study table in the room. Variety of good food...

The location was easy to find with the help of GPS and we arrived shortly after 7, enjoying our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area near the center, train station, and main piazza. Pasticceria Bohero, located next door to the hotel, is a great spot to enjoy coffee and treats. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed every detail about my pleasant 3 nights stay here. the place had an elegant atmosphere. - Big units with refrigerator, shower, and bathroom. - the staff were helpful. - This comfortable hotel had a very central setting near downtown.

Prime, the hotel, was affordable and had clean and comfortable rooms. the decor was a mix of rococo and home staging, which I found consistent and aesthetically pleasing. the breakfast offered a variety of dishes, including eggs, ham, croissants, and delicious Italian coffee. the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and multilingual.

Everything at the hotel was exactly what I needed and wanted. 😊.

The location was super convenient, just a short 5-minute walk from both the train station and the city center. The city itself was a pleasant surprise, with lots to see and do. Plus, the cost of my stay was really low, giving me great value for money. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe book a different room next time.

Whenever I visit this hotel, I'm always happy. The staff even found my lost bracelet on my first stay! It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and a bar. The rooms are great too. I keep coming back for city trips.

The room had some drawbacks, such as old furniture and a spring mattress that was uncomfortable. the bathroom had poor amenities, with only one piece of soap provided.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, being close to both the train station and the city center. Additionally, the hotel provided a safe place to store our bicycles.
